Cidiano Weekend

More than 400 participants and 70 horses overlook the streets of Burgos with its medieval air to recall the figure of the famous warrior from Burgos and his time. The weekend of 3 & 4 October, the Cid is the "backbone" of a program of leisure and cultural activities which include outdoor performances, street theater, parades, medieval tournaments, food medieval market, children's games and a medieval camp. With this initiative, the hoteliers and collaborative partnerships aim to contribute to the dissemination of the figure of El Cid a well as bringing tourism to Burgos.
