ANADEL
Church of the Assumption
It is the parish church of the town and it is a Renaissance nave church, spacious and bright. The original Gothic church was destroyed in the Carlist wars and the only part preserved was the presbytery. Outside are the windows, gargoyles and a rosette, all gothic and within the presbytery. The slender bell tower dates from 1760, and with its 55 meters is the highest in the region. The bells give a very characteristic sound at celebrations.
