Esta preciosa Iglesia nos la encontramos, pasada la casa de los picos subiendo por la calle de Juan Bravo en la plaza de San Martín, data el Siglo XII, esta llena de increíbles detalles en sus columnas y pórtico, me parecieron preciosos . El retablo del altar mayor me pareció increíble, y es el resultado del trabajo de varios artesanos de 1667, José Vallejo Vivanco (diseño) , Juan de Prado (entallador), Francisco Ximenez (dorador) y Francisco Camilo (pintor). Esta preciosa Iglesia, bien merece un alto en nuestro camino y no solo ver su preciosa arquitectura exterior, sino entrar en ella y disfrutar de todo lo que esconde entre sus muros. En el interior del templo no esta permitido sacar fotos con flash ya que dañaría las piezas.

Esta iglesia del siglo XII esta situada en pleno centro de Segovia, junto a la plaza de Juan Bravo. De estilo mozárabe y románico. El templo que vemos hoy por hoy ha ido cambiando ya que ha sufrido diferentes reconstrucciones a lo largo del tiempo. El campanario es la Torre principal y más visible desde la calle y está compuesta por arcos soportados por columnas de piedra. Recomendable o no, si estas visitando Segovia y subiendo por su calle principal (que llega hasta la catedral) vas a ver esta iglesia, merece la pena pararse unos minutos y contemplarla.

Es una iglesia imponente y tiene una de las puertas más grandes del románico español. Además, su belleza se ve aumentada por la placita en la que se encuentra. Es de origen mozárabe con estilo románico.
