Church of Nuestra Señora del Carmen

The Carmelite church, also known as the "Parish Park", is of modern construction, built about 20 years ago. Its interior is made up of large open area with one main altar, over which hangs an image of Christ Crucified on the side of the Virgen del Carmen and the Tabernacle. On both sides of the church, there are very illustrious and different images of the Venerable Nazarene Brotherhood of the Holy Christ of Charity, of the Blessed Christ of Peace and Unity, and the Holy Mary of Love and Loneliness, which are all used in procession during Holy Week. Daily Mass is at 9:30 and 19:00 (winter), and 9:30 and 20:00 (summer).
