Church and Cemetery of Zarnesti

I liked this little village cemetery, as it is typical of the region and is in a beautiful, natural setting. In general, cemeteries are different for all religions, the evangelists, the Saxons, Romanians, Catholics etc. Being a small town, however, there seems to be a little bit of everything here, or perhaps it´s because in this district they all follow the same religion. The evangelical church is painted white, standing out in the surrounding mountains. It has two bell towers, but a simple nave. The interior décor is beautiful with carved wood and very colourful. In this region religion is extremely important.
