You have to find this city completely industrial. I can say that I am a tourist, for living in one of its neighborhoods. The course that I am studying I learn day after day that a CR can be promoted like a tourist place. There are places in the CR that a tourist needs, aventure, recreation, nature, food and shelter, but these are the basic things needed at the destination. Consider this as one of the biggest places in Patagonia, but the natives usually say that somethings its quite girly.
