Chikan Towers
Chikan Towers are small buildings that acted as Dutch forts during colonizción Taiwan. Currently the facilities are good, and the colorful gardens are one of the Taiwanese symbols of the city of Tainan. Access to the gardens and buildings is free for locals. Tourists, on the other hand, have to pay a small amount. I can't remember how much, but it isn't more than three euros.
