Chiesa del decimo secolo.
In luoghi un tempo inaccessibili , tra valli e barene fu costruita questa chiesa, che ha retto alle invasioni di numerosi popoli, come i Greci ,Etruschi, Barbari e Romani. Per il semplice fatto che davanti passava un'antica via strategica; la via Poppilia.
Purtroppo per noi la chiesa era chiusa e non siamo potuti entrare a vedere gli interni.
Recentemente è stata completamente restaurata.
