Cheos Pizza

Locals say it is the best pizzeria in Merida, a city where there are hundreds of pizza shops because it is a college town and everyone knows that pizza is one of the best foods when one doesn´t feel like cooking. I don´t know if they are the best, but the one I had, the special Cheos one, was lovely. They use the grill instead of the oven, and that gives them a special flavor to set them apart from the rest.
