El pueblo de Peal de Becerro pertenece a la provincia de Jaén, Andalucía.Dentro de la comarca del Alto Guadalquivir, su término municipal está compuesto por un enclave, más al norte, que incluye al propio Peal de Becerro y las pedanías de Toya y Hornos, y el exclave de Sierra de El Almicerán, integrado dentro de la Sierra de Cazorla, que se encuentra a 55 km de la cabeza del municipio.
