Cervezas Califa

Mais um brewpub que havíamos pesquisado previamente para conhecer e não nos arrependemos. Apesar de não estarem com muitos chopes nas torneiras, a visita valeu a pena pela IPA produzida no próprio local. A cerveja estava super balanceada e com um ótimo amargor e aroma, sobretudo do lúpulo amarillo. Quem nos atendeu não entendia tanto assim da produção e não soube responder todas as perguntas, mas ainda assim foi interessante conversar com alguém que está no mercado. Além da IPA, também tinha uma weiss (ligeiramente contaminada) e uma stout super seca e fresca. Eles também têm uma variedade considerável de outras cervejas espanholas e algumas de outros países. Vale a pena conhecer e provar as produções próprias.

Another brewpub that havamos previously researched to learn and repent. Although the are with many beers on taps, the visit was worth the IPA produced on site himself. The beer was super balanced and with a bitterness and aroma thymus, mainly from Amarillo hops. Who served us did not understand much of production and could answer all questions, but it was still interesting to talk to someone who is on the market. Besides the IPA, also had a weiss (slightly contaminated) and a super fresh and dry stout. They also tm one considerable variety of other Spanish beers and some other countries. It pays to know and taste the prprias productions.
