Neckarmüller

Taking a walk on the boats that cross the river Neckar we came across a festive multi-storey terrace on a hillside so we went there to rest. Neckarmuller The brewery is one of the most famous and traditional of Tübingen as it has over 200 years of history. In it we fin traditional Swabian cuisine, it's called the area around Tübingen (Swabian Mountains). A good pretzel could not pass by!. We ordered a la carte dishes, and some tasty beers . THe menu is spectacular, as the brewery is developed. WHen you enter you can see a still and the whole inside of the old house, but if you go in summer, it is best to sit on the terrace and enjoy the river views and animation of this student city.

I like this place a lot, however many local people think about it that it's rather for tourists. Good bavarian - swabian food and great beer. Prices are average to high compared to other places in Tü. Dogs are welcomed.
