An extensive, natural area
The extensive natural area known as "Queen Elizabeth Forest" is a park stretching from Perth to Aberfoyle, and is where you'll find several spots of interest, including the famous Loch Lomond. The visitor center known as The Lodge offers hiking trails adapted for children and families, including the way to a nearby waterfall, with cabins and plenty to do including looking out for local wildlife. At the center you'll find a pretty good cafe, too, overlooking the forest and mountains. For the more adventurous, look out for Go Ape!, where you can cross the whole valley on a cable, attached to a harness.
