Ideally Located
We came to Ibiza in September and chose this hotel because the reviews weren't bad, the price was great, and it offered full board. I booked a room with no balcony. The bathroom was okay, with a bath with a curtain, and the room was quite small, but it had a fridge, which came in handy. The biggest drawback for us was the musty-smelling air. As for the cleaning, no complaints, they cleaned it every day and made the bed.
The food was a pleasant surprise - not much choice (2 - 3 options at both breakfast and dinner), but it was all great, and you could tell it was all homemade. Brilliant breakfast, with eggs, bacon, sausage, juice, cereal, coffee, tea, pastries ... yes, the drinks were not included in the price, but we took a big bottle, and kept the leftovers in the fridge for next time.
The hotel staff were friendly, especially Diana at reception and a man whose name I can't remember. In terms of facilities, it has a bar on the ground floor with tables on the street and a rooftop pool. The pool is very small, but to cool off, it's fine, and the best thing about it was that we were almost alone whenever we went swimming. Last but not least, the location was great: 30 seconds from Figueretas Beach, a quiet 10 - 15 minutes walk from Ibiza town, and with buses to the rest of the island. There's a supermarket next door and an ice cream parlour opposite. It's nothing like one of those all-inclusive beach resorts, but it was perfectly acceptable for our needs.
