Before tourists and locals would eat the Market del Puerto, but this is currently closed due to infrastructure problems since an earthquake. So, we went to eat delicious and cheap seafood at the Central Market. The building was built in 1907, has two floors and 200 shops. It is located next to the Catholic University of Valparaiso in the next block on Avenida Errazuriz and Calle Uruguay. Here, they have the wholesale supply of the city in terms of fruits, vegetables and food in general, and upstairs there is local seafood. It's pretty chaotic but worth going.
