Cayo Sombrero

I was there in December enjoying endless sandy beaches, coconuts, seafood, a bright sun and blue water. I thoroughly recommend it. I only warn you to wear lots of sunscreen if you're not from the Caribbean. And stay under palm trees and bushes. The midges, a tiny mosquito, can kill you.

This Key in particular has a special charm, along with the other islands that make up the national park so famous for its turtles. It's one of the best beaches in the world ... great atmosphere, perfect weather, crystal clear water, coral reefs. In short, the best of Venezuela!
