Entirely authentic cuisine
In Cave Valaisanne - Chalet Suisse, you can have a 100% Swiss dining experience. Decorated like its surroundings with horns and snowshoes on the wall, it is a Alpine refuge in the Alps serving cheese or meat fondues. This is a more than suitable place to enjoy entirely authentic cuisine. I tried both dishes, and though the cheese was only alright (perhaps it needed more wine than I thought), I loved the meat. The food is made then and there for your taste. The two fondues, which are more than enough for two people, with drinks cost us about € 70. The staff, like the most in Geneva, is attentive, friendly and pretty fast.
You can find cheaper places to try fondue, but this is certainly the most authentic. I recommend it, it's worth it.
