This small spot is always crowded, and offers great tortilla (for me, one of the best in Santander) and an exceptional wine menu that runs from a Vineyard Real for € 1.80 up to a € 40 glass of Vega Sicilia. The upstairs dining room is rarely busy, but downstairs is always full of people of all ages.
