Route of Castles
The famous castle route in the Loire Valley in France has many interesting points, not only the castles but other small areas and other small towns that you can find along the way... Montgeoffroy Castle in Maze, surprised me because of the sense of calm that reigned, nothing the oh so many others you can find along the route. It is a small castle, but it's a nice place to take a break in the forest around it. When I traveled in summer, we were there at the same time as a group of deer right next to the building.
