Castillo de la Bourdaisière

The little castle of Bourdaisière is not one of the most famous castles in the Loire area but it is very charming. The stunning garden is filled with brightly coloured flowers, there is a tomato conservatory (with many obscure varieties of the fruit), a medicinal plant garden, summer art exhibitions ... something for all tastes. You can also take a ride along one of the old roads and imagine how they were in times gone by. A nice ride for 7.50 euros on a sunny day. I also recommend that, while here, you spend some time tasting the wines of Montlouis!
