Hay documento escrito de su existencia ya en 1357, cuando la aldea fue quemada por los castellanos, y sus habitantes resistieron allá arriba.
La tierra rojiza, arcillosa, junto a las lluvias, provocaron el desplome de parte de este.
Se conservan unos treinta metros de muralla de sillares y algunas almenas con dos torres gemelas y la puerta de acceso.
No written document of its existence already in 1357, when the village was burned by the Castilians, and its inhabitants resisted all up. The reddish, clay soil, with the rains, caused the collapse of part of this. about thirty meters of wall of stones and some battlements with twin towers and the access door are preserved.
