Casa Sario Rural Cottage

In a superb natural environment, near the Pyrenees and the Irati forest, is Casa Sario, a small country hotel with only seven rooms; to relax away from the noise of the city.

Being an old restored house, the rooms are all different in size, albeit with the same fittings.

If possible, avoid the room number thirteen, which is the smallest in the hotel as can be seen in the photos.

As for the bathroom, it is modern and complete. I visited the hotel on a trip organized by Minube, occupying all the rooms, all others were far more spacious and with a very pleasant rural decor.

I was lucky in this country house. I got the most authentic room of all, with a stunning antique desk. The wardrobes and bedside tables just as antique.

All very interesting to look at and quite beautiful. The dinner they served us is also worthy of a mention, fairly light, with tasty chistorra (sausage flavoured with garlic, salt, and paprika giving it a bright red colour) from the area and a cider that went down easier than is recommended.

The bed reasonably comfortable and warm. The room quiet. A pleasure to come, relax and unwind.
