He estado en este valle dos años consecutivos, y las dos casas rurales donde me he hospedado han estado regentadas por extranjeros. Hay pueblos de esta zona donde oyes antes hablar a la gente por la calle en inglés, que en valenciano o castellano Este es un pequeño pueblo, punto ideal para ver la época de los cerezos en flor, y de partida para hacer senderismo por esas montañas. La señora inglesa que la lleva no habla apenas español, y la limpieza de cada rincón es extrema, y chocante la pulcritud en todo. Nos alojamos en la habitación que da a la calle, sin puerta en el baño pero agradable. En la suite que hay un par de escalones más arriba no hay puerta, por lo que hay falta de intimidad que imagino que explicará la anfitriona a los clientes antes de hacer la reserva.
