Casa Andina Private Collection Arequipa

One of the best hotels in town, and certainly one of the most historical. The building dates back to 1794; the Mint was located here, and it has been declared a national historic monument in Peru. There's even a small museum inside ... it's very well-located, next to the Monastery of Santa Catalina. Good rooms, some older, and some more modern, and a fine restaurant and bar.
