Carrickfergus Castle

Located in the coastal town of the same name, this beautiful castle dominates the coastal port. Dating from 1177 the walls are 30 meters high and 3-5 meters wide. From the top of the castle controls the town. The castle is full of figurines representing former soldiers, and highlight their powerful guns. You can enter the tower, where there is an exhibition and at the top a playroom for children. The entrance fee is 3 pounds.
