Centrally located
Cairo Palace Hotel stands in Imad el Din Street in the Downtown district. It is a central neighborhood, a bit old, but very safe, where you have everything at your fingertips, within a taxi journey that shouldn't cost more than 15 LE. Public transport can be a bit tricky to get the hang of, apart from the metro. This is an older hotel in a nineteenth century building, with an Asian feel. Everything is clean and well-maintained, and the rooms are air conditioned and non-smoking. You have a TV and private bathroom. It is a two star hotel with prices starting at 20 euros per night if you book online, or 45 in person.
