Quería conocer este hotel y subir a su terraza
En mi última visita a la costa alicantina no pude dejar de hacerlo. Era fuera de temporada, y al atravesar esa cafetería con poca luz y repleta de gente mayor sentada en unas rancias sillas, me dió la impresión de estar en una residencia de la tercera edad.
Nada más entras por la puerta del hotel te percatas de que aquello es como una pequeña y transitada ciudad, cogí el ascensor hasta el último piso donde una señora te cobra la entrada para asomarte desde la terraza, con derecho a una consumición eso si.
Las vistas son buenas, pero obstruidas por unas vigas de hormigón descomunales, por lo que no es el mejor sitio para hacer fotos y el trípode resulta inútil por el espacio que hay de retranqueo.
Total que la consumición la tomamos en la terraza de la cafetería, templada con estufas y con unas agradables vistas sobre la piscina y bajo los grandes edificios, eso sí, cubiertos por una red de protección.
