Café in the Crypt

This place, the crypt of the Church [poi = 368971] San Martin del Campo ( St. Martin in the Fields ) that once was home to all kinds of people between 1912 and 1917 and a shelter during the bombing World War II, has become a modern cafeteria, an art gallery and library of religious articles. I entered willingly and found a vaulted and spacious room in which there were all kinds of refrigerators, with great variety of food and drink, in which one can avail what you want and pay the amount stipulated before taking it to a table. It is a recommended place to visit.

Cafe in the Crypt is a small cafe/restaurant in the crypt of the St. Martin-in-the-Fields church. The cafe also organizes more than 180 concerts every year. Built in 1726, St. Martin-in-the-Fields is an Anglican church that combines classical and baroque styles. The church has been completely re-furbished since its original construction.
