Don't get carried away by the name, Café de Coral, because it is not a cafeteria with a European vibe, but rather a chain of Chinese fast food restaurants. There are several locations, both in mainland China and in Hong Kong. I've been to several branches in different parts of Hong Kong and Guangzhou, and all are more or less the same. First you pay, where there is normally a big neon sign on the wall with the menu. You can choose whatever you want to eat, and then you pay the ticket and go to the kitchen area where, on delivery of proof of payment, you would get you food on a tray to eat at one of the tables in the central area of the premises.
