It was a wise inclusion on this trip, as they are followed by the Alcazar de los Reyes. Philip II ordered the construction on part of the Alcazar. A place traditionally associated with the history of the horse, it was the seat of Caesar's cavalry and the creation of a thoroughbred Spanish breed. Now there's a magnificent horse show. Worth seeing.
