Do not miss the authentic Valencian food and different flavors, all cooked by true kitchen professionals. It is a little out of town but definitely worth the experience and don't hesitate to ask their opinion about the wine as the owner is a sommelier and keeps abreast of all wines. You can try the esgarraet, tellinas, all i pebre, anchovies (I particularly love). The restaurant is very cozy and at the same time provides a unique atmosphere.
