Ca La Tina
This is a small tavern, with a wood stove. I've been twice. I've tried the croquettes, of course, and the ones I like most are the roast chicken. In addition, we ordered potatoes in a homemade sauce (made from paprika, vinegar, oil, fish stock and lemon). I like contrasts and the blend of the fat from the chips and the acid in the sauce is addictive. We also ordered 4 sausages (jocariestoygorda). Two spicy, one with extra roquefort cheese and one with goats cheese and onion. All come with that churruscaste bread you see in the picture. I always think, oh, I won't eat it all, but always do. We drank two bottles of wine and some water but couldn't manage dessert.
