When travelling, it's a must to head somewhere after dinner and try a local dessert. It's like an unwritten law in my book. We were out on Saturday April 14th, 2012 in Dublin doing an intense tourist route, and I began to mentally catalogue places to satisfy my sweet tooth. On one corner, I was struck by the number of people ve were inside and the indescribable smell of chocolate. I knew the brand of chocolates but didn't know they had a string of bakeries and cafes.
