City Council Meeting

Located west of the Agora, the Buleuterio (called bulé) was the building where the council met. It was built during the second century BC as a small indoor theater with a capacity for 200 people. It consisted of seven rows of seats arranged in a semicircular cávea and paved with red marble from the nearby Monte Inici.
