Inspiring breakfast in Brooklyn
On our recent trip to New York, we decided to discover the benefits of Brooklyn. I read about its transformation (I knew it as district degraded in some areas) about it's new role and cultural bohemia, privileged homes overlooking the river and its "charm". One morning we took the subway and crossed the river. Besides discovering a lovely part of town, with historic houses and quiet streets, we stumbled upon the perfect place for breakfast, just what I had in mind. It was one of those places that make you think "Hey cool New York".
Building on Bond Coffee has two adjacent spaces. One is smaller, where the bar is, and the other is larger and more comfortable with tables, some occupied by what appeared to be liberal professionals with their laptops.
