Ce qui fait bien sûr tout le charme du bâtiment, c'est la rotule que l'on peut observée sur l'angle et qui est surmontée d'un dôme plutôt somptueux qui permettait alors d'appuyer l'importance du commerçant sur la place. Bref il s'agit d'un édifice unique qui apporte beaucoup de prestige à la ville, autant par son histoire que par ses formes courbes.
