No daba un duro. Me lo había recomendado mi compañero de trabajo y, cuando llegamos a Times Square y vimos la cola que se desplegaba ante nuestros ojos, nos rajamos. Sin embargo, después de dar una vuelta por los alrededores y no encontrar nada decente (este restaurante es de los que cierra más tarde por la zona, exceptuando, claro está, Mc Donalds o cosas así) decidimos volver con "el rabo entre las patas" y esperar nuestro turno. Al final, no hubo que aguardar tanto, además el personal, al más puro estilo americano, te ameniza la espera con canciones, bromas... Una vez en nuestra mesa, disfrutamos de licuados de frutas, el trío de gambas (genial), camarones y vistas a los luminosos de Times Square. Es lo que es (tipo franquicia comercial), pero he de claudicar: vale la pena. El precio es medio/alto (también es que comimos mucho) y atención, si pedís tarta de postre os aviso: es gigante. No la ordenes sin confirmar antes el tamaño y que podrás con ella (es como una tarta para cuatro, es de locos). Servicio eficaz.

It was hard. It had been recommended my co-worker and, when we got to Times Square and saw the tail unfolding before our eyes, we chickened out. However, after a walk around and not finding anything decent (this restaurant is one that closes later in the area, except of course McDonalds or something like that) decided to return to "their tails between their legs" and wait our turn. At the end there was to wait much, plus the staff, in true American style entertains you waiting with songs, jokes ... Once at our table enjoyed fruit smoothies, the trio of shrimp (great), shrimp and overlooking the lights of Times Square. It is what it is (type franchising) but I have to give up: it's worth. The price is medium / high (also ate a lot) and attention, if you ask dessert tart be warned: it's a giant. No orders without confirming the size before and you can handle it (like a cake for four, is crazy). Efficient service.

Restaurante homenaje a la famosa película de Forrest Gump. La carta está basada principalmente en gambas cocinadas en diferentes formas, casi todas ellas fritas, ¡qué raro! Nosotros éramos cuatro y pedimos unos combos de gambas rebozadas que tenían unas salsas ricas. Para no pedir todo rebozado cogimos también una especie de pescadito con verduras y arroz. Lo mejor sin duda el postre, una cookie de chocolate caliente con bolas de vainilla enorme. Si vas, pídela, no te arrepentirás. El personal súper atento y amable. Recomendable entre semana, fin de semana intentamos entrar y estaba hasta arriba.

Run Forest Run Restaurant tribute to the famous Forest Gump movie. The menu is based mainly on prawns cooked in different ways, almost all of them fried, how strange! We were four and we ordered some combos of breaded prawns that had some rich sauces. To not ask for all batter we also took a kind of fish with vegetables and rice. The best is definitely the dessert, a hot chocolate cookie with huge vanilla balls. If you go, ask, you will not regret it. The super attentive and friendly staff. Recommended during the week, weekend and we tried to enter and was up.

Il Bubba Gump è un ristorante che fa parte di una catena ormai nota in tutto il mondo. Il locale riprende in ogni minimo dettaglio il film di Forrest Gump: il menù è a base di scampi (fritti, in salsa rosa, lessi, crudi, cotti, bolliti...) e quando si entra nel locale si viene magicamente avvolti nella magia del lungometraggio con musica anni '60 e scenografia ad hoc. Chiaramente un ristorante molto turistico ma una sosta è d'obbligo per chi si trovasse sulla Brodway Avenue a New York.

The Bubba Gump is a restaurant that is part of a chain now known throughout the world. The local reproduces every detail of the movie Forrest Gump: The menu is based on shrimp (fried, in sauce, boiled, raw, cooked, boiled ...) and when you enter the room you will be magically wrapped in magic of the film with '60s music scene and ad hoc. Clearly a very touristy restaurant but a visit is a must for those who were on Broadway Avenue in New York.

Tipicos fritos crujiente Comeras bien abundante comida. No es caro calidad precio recomendado. Los camareros son amables y sobretodo recuerda las propinas q detallan claramente en la cuenta. Vale la pena.

You will eat well fried crispy typical hearty meal. Not expensive MSRP quality. The waiters are friendly and remember the tips above q clearly detailed in the account. Worth.

Muy caro para lo que es.. 55 dolares x 2 entrantes, y tampoco es que acabes lleno la verdad... los camareros son muy pesados no te dejan comer tranquilo están todo el rato gritando.

Crei que era una kk y fui por mis hijos en plan de coña por la pelio de Forrest Gump (a la que hacen mil veces referencia) luego, a pesar del barullo, te atienden bien pues como en casi todo NY hay mucho personal luego hay de todo y no esta mal, incluso a buen precio el trío de gambas estupendo, la hamburgesa ídem, los aros de cebolla super!

Thought it was a kk and went for my children in the plan Pelio joke of Forrest Gump (which make reference thousand times) then despite the hubbub, you serve as well as in most of NY's large staff then there everything and not bad, even discounts on great shrimp trio, ditto the burger, onion rings super!

Local maravilhoso .... Vale muito a pena.

Il ristorante si trova in pieno centro a Time Square a destra dell'Hard Rock Cafè..io personalmente ho mangiato benissimo! Tutto il menù è a base di gamberi e anche se le porzioni sembrano piccole saziano molto. I prezzi sono ragionevoli (20-30$ a persona).

The restaurant is located in the center of Times Square Hard Rock Café on the right .. I personally had a great meal! Everything on the menu is made from shrimp and although the portions seem small quench it. The prices are reasonable ($ 20-30 per person).

Déco ciblée sur le film Forrest Gump, personnel très accueillant, service très rapide et menu pas cher et vraiment très bon! Un bon moment! Crevettes détournées sur plusieurs plats qui vont des épices aux beignets! Très bonnes Magaritas!

El restaurante Buba Gump esta en pleno Times Square. Puedes cenar sentado en las cristaleras viendo la cantidad de gente que pasa por Times Square en esos momentos. No es muy caro y por supuesto en el menú hay muchos platos de gambas e incluso una tienda donde comprar recuerdos.

Bubba Gump restaurant right in Times Square this. You can dine in the glass sitting watching the number of people passing through Times Square at the time. Not very expensive and of course on the menu there are many shrimp dishes and even a store to buy souvenirs.

Hay camarones de cualquier tipo y cocinados de mil formas, el restaurante esta en times square por lo que tiene una linda vista, los meseros muy atentos y las bebidas deliciosas... sin duda cuando regrese a NY volveré a ese lugar.

Para mí es un sitio 100% recomendable para conocer. El precio es un poco caro. La especialidad son los platos con gambas. Como tal tienen poco sabor, pero al condimentarlas sobre todo con picante, consiguen un buen sabor. Lo mejor es la ambiente del sitio y el trato de los camareros.

For me it is a site 100% recommended for. The price is a bit expensive. The specialty is shrimp dishes. As such they have little flavor, but especially with spicy flavor them, get a good taste. The best is the atmosphere of the place and the treatment of the waiters.

Ambiente che logicamente richiama il bellissimo film..ben curato e personale gentilissimo...il piatto forte sono i gamberi in tutte le salse...esperienza positiva..
