BT Tower

London's BT Tower is a telecommunications tower 177 meters high located in the West End. As one of the tallest buildings in the British capital (only three meters lower than the Gherkin tower), it can be seen from many places in the city. Since the year 1964, it has been protected by English Heritage, so you cannot alter anything on the outside. Currently it cannot be visited by the public, though its magnificent panoramic restaurant serves private events organized by BT.
