Il Bros è un ristorante molto particolare che si trova nel pieno centro di Lecce. La location è molto accogliente, con un'atmosfera raccolta e con luci soffuse che si diffondono nel locale realizzato in pietra leccese. I piatti sono molto strani e le porzioni molto piccole, come tutti i ristoranti che propongono un menu di nouvelle cuisine. Vi conviene provare il menu degustazione così potrete assaggiare più prodotti e farvi sorprendere da questa cucina così innovativa. Io ho assaggiato diversi piatti, tutti molto buoni, ma anche cari e con porzioni davvero minime. Buone le letterine di zenzero e il gelato.
