Nestled in the basement of one of the most famous malls in San Francisco, adjacent to its huge cood court, Bristol Farms is both a shop and a supermarket, and caught our eye during our visit. It's never easy to find fresh produce in a city, but here you've got fruit (some already cut and prepared), organic vegetables, and a vast deli counter with meats, fish, hot vegetables, salads, condiments .... In short, a really good place for those who want to eat healthy and do their shopping in the city :)
