Bradgate Park

Very close to the city of Leicester in the Northwest, forming part of Charnwood Forest, Bradgate Park is a nature reserve where you can see hills, forests, plains, waterfalls, ruins and free-roaming deer. It approximately covers about 3 square km and serves as a link to several villages in the area. The walk is pleasant and ends in the Cropston reservoir near the River Lin. You can also find a café that is crowded (especially on holidays) with families who are visiting, with dogs and other animals.
