Botanical Garden in Berlin
Berlin Botanic Garden consists of 43 acres and about 22,000 species of plants. It is located in the German capital Berlin and is considered one of the largest and best known in Europe. It has a botanical museum, which houses a large collection of plants as well as a specialized library. It was built between 1897 and 1910 with the aim of studying the plants of the German colonies. Greenhouses were not created until the end of the 1950s.
