Walk in the forest
I do not know if the dominant element of Manali is the river Beas, the magnificent silhouette of the mountain range that dwarfs anything that gets in its path or the magical forest Dhungri (no need to compete for that honor, they both are perfectly compatible, they do ideed make for a great team together, simply stunning. The bustle of the forest is mainly due to the Hadimba temple, as there are hundreds of devotees who come to the temple every day to pay homage to the goddess, and bind these vendors and neighbors who go there to walk, eat, ... well to enjoy this pleasant place. And though the temple is very beautiful, it is not the only interesting thing that this forest sits on, besides enjoying the ride itself through the forest´s freshness you can take a photo with the famous Himalayan rabbits, a peculiar big and grumpy white rabbits, for a few rupees (10 to be exact) they pose with their beautiful mane in front of the lens, and you can also find a couple of impressive yaks at the entrance and exit of the forest ( with which we can take pictures too).
