Bonsai Sushi

Llegamos a Constitución en el Ramal que sale desde Talca. El paseo es como viajar en el tiempo ya que el Ramal es un buscarril de dos vagones, de procedencia alemana traído por ahí del 1961 que no supera los 60km por hora y que atraviesa los campos y poblados en su recorrido, pasando por el puente Rio Claro donde por segundos queda suspendido en el aire y sólo se ve hacia abajo un verde frondoso y el agua corriendo. El viaje dura cerca de 3 horas pero pareciera mucho menos. El entorno y la gente de la zona, que lo usan para trasladarse entre estación y estación (en total 20), lo hacen ameno. Ya entrando a Constitución, recorrimos el borde costero donde corría mucho viento. Las playas son bellas eso si. Visitamos la Plaza en el centro donde vendían artesanías y había músicos alegrando. Como era hora de almorzar, nos inclinamos a buscar sushi, y así llegamos al Bonsai Sushi. Lo que más me gustó fue la atención que ya de entrada invita a quedarse y poder disfrutar de un rico almuerzo. Lo siguiente fue el pedido de un platón de sushi variado. Los colores de la presentación no superaron los sabores que llevaba. El arroz tiene un toque especial, ya que lo aderezan con una receta de la casa. Tienen promociones increíbles de Take Away de algo así como 50 piezas por 10.000 pesos más o menos. En general manejan promociones muy económicas. Es una buena opción, a buen precio y con un ambiente bien agradable. El local se encuentra en la calle Oñederra N°858, en la esquina con Tocornal, Constitución, Región del Maule, Chile.

En Constitución hay muchas propuestas de Sushi, como en casi todo Chile. Pero no se dejen engañar. Muchos son solo arrollados de arroz con poco pescado y sin sabor. Este es de los 3 mejores de la ciudad. Además si pagas menos, qué más se puede pedir. Si volvemos a Conti, allí estaremos sin dudas. Ah... el "acevichado" es increíble. No puedes creer la cantidad y frescura de ese Ceviche coronando los rolls.
