En las instalaciones del Hotel Escuela Todariquiba de la ciudad de Coro se encuentra este local que no tiene ni el año de haber sido inaugurado. Su chef Daniel Chirino, es un muchacho sencillo y muy coloquial, nada que ver con la figura que se tiene de los cocineros y su rigidez. Eso no le quita que tenga manos prodigiosas, pues los platos que se sirven allí no sólo son hermosos a la vista, sino deliciosos al paladar. En nuestra visita nos honraron con un festín que incluía una torre de lomito con puré, un pescado gratinado con queso y algo que se me quedó en la memoria gustativa, un calamar relleno de camarones definitivamente inolvidable. Buenas combinaciones, buenos sabores, la sazón correcta y el ambiente agradable. Nos es difícil llegar al sitio porque se ubica en el casco histórico de la ciudad y además el hotel que lo resguarda ofrece los costos más económicos de alojamiento de la capital del Estado falcón
