Bob Trollop

Hailed as the best vegetarian pub in town, the Bob Trollop is located in Sandhill, at the Monument Metro Station. It is open every day from 11-23pm, but food is only served until 7 pm. It serves starters and light mains to nibble and share, like humus, taramas or nachos. There are wraps, paninis and traditional dishes for those who want a more substantial meal. Prices range from 3.50 pounds for a burger, up to 6 pounds for a meat or fish plate. Happy Hour is every day between 4 and 7, when beer only costs 2 pounds. The building is an old wooden house, part of Wessex Taverns pub chain, and includes an old bar with antique decor and bottles that look like they've been there forever.
