I found this place when I arrived in Carcassonne (France). I needed to have a coffee to start the day well and so I went in. It is located just after crossing the Pont Vieux, going right towards Chaflán on Rue Barbacane. The design surprised me: white dominates the room and the decoration is noteworthy. Next to the bar, on the bottom right, there is a small space for a library and small shop. They have good breakfasts. In the bar you will find a good wine selection. The menus cost 16 € on average and have different formulas, the letter (on average € 15 per plate) and some specialties like Cassoulet.
They are mainly regional dishes made with fresh produce. They also offer hotel rooms (a single room for € 95, with dinner and breakfast included), double room for 100 €, so I was informed by the very friendly waitress ve served me. A place with unique style, highlighting its original décor that makes the environment comfortable. Coffee costs 1,50 € and is good quality.
