Authentic Valencian Paella
I was looking for an authentic Valencian restaurant. Well, I found it! And not just for the genuine Valencian paella, but because the restaurant is located in a Valencian shack, too. The fideuá also delicious. They make it with thin noodles. The meats are also "international quality" and can be accompanied by a good wine from a fairly well-stocked cellar. The setting is fantastic. The amenities are: tennis, paddle tennis, gym, pool, and a children's play area, etc.
