Berg-en-Dal Rest Camp

Chegamos no Berg en Dal Rest Camp pouco antes do fechamento dos portões, às 17h30. Já estávamos bastante felizes pois em apenas uma tarde, entre o Numbi gate e o camp, já havíamos avistado quatro animais que fazem parte do "big five": búfalo, elefante, rinoceronte e leão. Só nos faltou o leopardo! Na nossa primeira noite no Kruger National Park, ficamos bastante surpresos com a infraestrutura do alojamento. O Berg en Dal Rest Camp possui chalés, um bom restaurante e uma cafeteria, uma loja de souvenirs e mercearia com tudo o que se pode precisar durante sua estadia no Parque. Ficamos no camping durante uma noite. Ele é muito bem equipado com blocos comunitários para cozinha, ducha quente e banheiros. Mas o camping é imenso e as áreas não são nada privativas.
