Not everything in Gethsemane is hostels for backpackers and budget travelers. The neighborhood, in and of itself beautiful, but spoiled by a long decline, is now slowly changing and some foreigners are betting strongly against hotels without charm. This is the case of Relax House, a B & B run by a Frenchman who fell in love with Cartagena . The location is superb. The comfortable rooms overlook a courtyard with a large pool in the middle, which is surrounded by comfortable loungers.
